St Luke's School of Nursing is established by Congregation of Teresian Carmelite (CTC) Sisters in 2025 and is a unit of Dakaita Teresian Carmelite Society. It is affiliated with St Luke's Health Centre, emphasizing hands-on training in rural healthcare settings. The institution prioritizes compassionate care, Christian values, and preparation for global nursing standards through rigorous clinical rotations.

The institution serves students from Bihar and Jharkhand, building on a legacy of nursing education tailored to underserved communities.
